Cherokee County Information
The mission of Cherokee County Emergency Managment is to provide a
24-hour operation to reduce the loss of life, property, and to protect the environment.
Our highest priority is to protect Cherokee County residents from all hazards by providing
and coordinating resources, expertise, leadership and advocacy through a comprehensive,
risk-based emergency management program of mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery.
